enterpriselibrary.jpでPAGチーム提供のプレゼンテーション資料(ppt)を一部翻訳してダウンロード出来るようにしておきました。
Enterprise Library overview presentation (一部翻訳版)
正直直訳はありえないので、自分なりの言葉で意訳してる部分もありますが、技術資料の翻訳ってただ単に英語が出来るだけでは到底できないって話はよく聞くけど、ほんと痛感した・・
だってこれ専門的なこと知らずに訳せます？
「Guidance for broad horizontal topics such as security, performance, deployment and operations」
「Blocks range from very simple helpers like the original data access block to powerful frameworks like UIP」
「Include extensibility points allowing developers to customize the behavior of the blocks by plugging in their own code or customize by directly modifying source code」
「Architectural guidance embodied in code which ships with full source allowing you to modify and extend」
「Add new functionality using Enterprise library and use it side by side with the old application blocks」
ほんと嫌になるわ・・
あと一見簡単そうで訳せなかった一文
「…wishing Microsoft had done some of this for you?」
ひとつひとつは簡単なんやけど、最後の？の解釈がどうしても分からん・・
ただポジティブに考えれば・・EnterpriseLibraryやpatterns & praciticesが
「ドイツやフランスあたりで作られてなくてほんと良かった！」
ってことですかね（＾＾；
